RTFM Style Guide

1. RTFM must always be capitalized, except in URLs and filenames.
2. In URLs and filenames, don't capitalize rtfm.
3. Feel free to use RTFM's proper full name, the RTFM Manual, except in a URL or filename.
4. When possible, bold RTFM.
